Meet Terry:

I believe that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear communication, understanding, and trust between client and agent.  My goal is to establish such relationships by listening, paying attention to my client’s needs, and employing one of my strongest virtues: Patience.   My principal business value is to work from the heart.  I genuinely love and care about my clients.  My business motto is to “Lead from the heart.”

I am an accredited Listing and Buyer’s Agent and I work predominately in Burbank, the San Fernando Valley, and surrounding Los Angeles areas.  I thrive on helping Sellers and Buyers make informed decisions.  My career in real estate began in 1992. I left the real estate field to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and I worked as an Employee Relations Manager for the California State Universities.  I returned to the real estate field in 2008 because I enjoy helping people and working outdoors. I love selling real estate.

My vast real estate experience and leadership roles have developed my strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for any real estate transaction.  I have been a Burbank resident since 1996.  I met my husband in a Real Estate Finance class at Glendale Community College and we have been married since 1999.  I have two beautiful daughters that attend the Burbank schools.  I have participated, volunteered, and held leadership roles in www.burbankmomsclub.com, http://burbanktoastmasters.org/, http://www.girlscoutsla.org/, Parent Teacher Association (PTA), and Burbank Valley Garden Club.  I am a regular attendee at Calvary Chapel Burbank http://www.ccburbank.org/ since 2006.  When not busy with real estate, I love to run and exercise.  I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, neighbors, and clients.

Meet Charlene:

I have been married for 16 years and I am a very proud wife and mother of two fun loving girls. They are my driving force to be the best I can be. They motivate me and give me such zest for life!

My family is the reason I made the choice to work in real estate. I needed to be able to manage my family and still be able to work and support them. Not to mention be a good role model as well.  Before I made the decision to work in real estate, I worked in Television as a Satellite Media Producer. I believe this work helped me to prepare for my role in real estate in many ways.

In Television I often worked with different talents, crews and locations. I learned how to work with many different personalities under the pressure of time and money. One of my very favorite areas of the work was set design. Every job had a different set and together as a team we would include items that clients would require for the specific look of the set. Each job also required a collaborative effort from a team of marketing companies, talent and technical crew that shared the same goal. Each and every person on the job had their specific jobs to do that would allow all of us to reach that goal successfully.

In real estate, I am almost always in different locations. I am always working with different people from local areas or people relocating from out-of-state. One of my favorite things to do is help people get their home ready for sale. That sometimes includes referring one of the great stagers I work with to help get that model look in a home or I help personally with suggestions on how to arrange furniture to showcase the openness of the homes floorplan. In real estate It is also a collaborative effort with a team of brokers, agents, title, escrow, transaction coordinators and many more that have one goal in mind and that is to help people live the life they want to live in the home they most desire!

I love my work!
